Experience

Washoku Night

Once a month, we invite eight guests to "Washoku Night," a highly exclusive reimagining of our traditional omakase. For this intimate evening, our signature sushi yields to the comforting warmth of seasonal Takikomi-gohan, beautifully prepared in a clay pot.

Flowing through appetizers, sashimi, chawanmushi, and a hidden extra course, the master keeps the evening's delicate ingredients entirely secret until their final, graceful unveiling.
